We are an integrated manufacturing and trading enterprise, operating both our own factory and foreign trade company. Since our establishment in 2008, our products have been exported worldwide, with an annual production capacity of 40,000–50,000 units.
We specialize in four major product categories: wall chasers, magnetic drills, diamond core drills, and permanent magnetic lifters. Our products are certified with EU GS, CE, and EMC quality standards. We accept OEM orders from global clients, offering brand customization, product development with new designs, features, and functionalities, as well as the ability to create similar products based on client-provided samples.
A magnetic drill is a portable drilling tool equipped with a powerful electromagnetic base, allowing it to securely attach to steel and other ferromagnetic surfaces for precision drilling.
Also known as a permanent lifting magnet, the diamond core drill is a highly practical power tool widely used in construction, renovation, and home improvement for drilling reinforced concrete.
The manual type requires the operator to manually control the switch to activate or deactivate the magnetic force. It has a simple structure and lower cost, making it suitable for applications where lifting efficiency is not a primary concern or where flexible magnetic force adjustment is needed.
The automatic type magnetic lifter uses an automated control system to generate, maintain, and release magnetic force according to preset programs. This design allows for easy operation and high lifting efficiency, making it ideal for large-scale, high-efficiency lifting tasks.
We offer a complete line of wall chasers, magnetic drills, etc., which can be available with standard specifications and custom designs. Contact with Us via coeazy@coeazy.com or +86-13817185985.
A wall chaser is a power tool used for cutting grooves in walls, primarily for embedding electrical wires, cables, or pipes.
Wall chasers can cut through hollow bricks, gypsum bricks, solid brick walls, and lightweight concrete blocks. The specific applicability depends on the machine model and blade type.
Key consumables include saw blades, carbon brushes, and dust collection accessories such as dust bags or vacuum attachments.
Most wall chasers are designed for straight cuts. To create curved grooves, multiple small straight cuts can be made first, followed by finishing with a smaller tool such as a cutter or chisel.
Vertical grooving should be done from top to bottom. Hold the switch handle with the right hand and place the left hand on the milling cover for guidance and stability. Once the cutter is inserted into the wall, pull the machine downward with both hands to create a straight groove. Proper handling is essential, and the guide rails on both sides of the milling cover indicate the cutting direction.
Horizontal grooving should be performed from right to left. Hold the right side of the milling cover handle with the right hand and push the machine to the left. The right arm should rest on the machine while pushing from below, and the left hand should grip the switch handle for control.
Wear a dust mask, safety goggles, and ear protection while operating the machine. After use, note that the cutting disc will continue spinning briefly. Be especially cautious around corners or sharp edges to prevent the tool from getting stuck or causing kickback.
